The Garden Grille & Bar is a New Concept with the Hilton Garden Inn, Fairfield. Featuring Products from Local proprietors from the Suisun Valley. Long considered one of Northern California’s hidden treasures, Suisun Valley and nearby Green Valley are next-door neighbors to the world-famous Napa Valley – Family-owned farms dot the area, where locals grow a variety of fruits and vegetables alongside acres of grapevines. Well over a dozen wineries grow more than two-dozen wine grape varietals in the Suisun soil. The Petite Sirah in particular is exceptional, and has inspired local winemakers to nickname the region the “Petite Sirah Capital of the World.” With this as our backdrop and our back yard of fertile soils, the Garden Grille concept has taken root.
Chef Peter Garcia has taken this concept and applied it to our newly designed Restaurant and Banquet Event Center. Providing the freshest items available. Peter hand purchases his produce daily to insure quality and consistency. Our diverse menu offers something for everyone. From Award Winning Appetizers, Salads, poultry, seafood and mouth watering steak, the Garden Grille & Bar has what the discerning palette craves. Specials are the signature of any good restaurant and Chef Peter provides them in abundance.
In addition to our culinary delights, the Bar Concept has followed suit! Our Resident Mixologist Miguel Librero has created Specialty Cocktails with House Made Farm to Table mixers, purees and shrubs! Our Wine and Craft Beers are of the highest quality, many are locally sourced from our region. The Garden Bar Features the Signature Martini Bucket and is always a must have for your stemmed cocktail! A chilled beaker of your favorite concoction, displayed is mini pail with shaved ice for maintaining the perfect temperature from beginning to end!
